Good facilities in general, excellent and absolutely perfect location right across the street from Abbadia train stop. Based not far from the nearby restaurant as well as sunbeds for a reasonae fee. Breakfast with fabulous scrambled eggs.

Genuinely helpful staff, unbelievable views to the lake, everything is fine. The breakfast is delicious and great, and the location is absolutely perfect just next door to a 2-3 restaurants with similarly high prices as well as train station.

Breakfast was exceptionally nice, awesome views, FANTASTIC location very close to private beaches, Lecco, which has a nice urban feel and nice harbor and decent looking restaurants, and Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio in the other direction. The provided service was good. Took the advantage of the parking on site. Everything was simply great.

We loved the double room which was cheap. Amazing and incredible location close enough to Lecco, Verenna and Bellagio by train and ferry, the Eastern shore and lovely garden, restaurants and bars were right next to the hotel. Luckily it was close to Lo Scalino, had pastries there when it was rainy outside.

Everything is good here, had a very nice stay for a value for money budget stay. The location is amazing, right by Lecco, Milan, Bergamo in one direction and Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio in the other direction as well as Varenna, or Bellagio and the Abbadia area, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The place to order dinner just a short walk away from the hotel is Pausa Caffe. The employees are affable and efficient.

Everything was good, including amiable staff and excellent location directly across the station. The room with lake views was exceptionally clean and cheap and had central heating, an iron with ironing board, and an electronic key card. The bed was very comfy, a bidet worked well.

The room was good sized and cheap and the view of the lake was superb. Delicious selection for breakfast, I loved it. The staff members were helpful and suggested local places. The location was stunning and wonderful, very close to mountains with excellent view to the lake as well as Varenna, or Bellagio and the Abbadia area.

The location of the hotel was best possible - not too far away from a silk museum. And the area was very very nice, just off Bergamo in one direction, private beaches, and nice paths around. The room was large with mountain view, had a good night's sleep. I liked watching lake from the balcony.

We ate at a magnificent restaurant with great food and service. Plus we had central heating, an iron and an electronic key card. The location was marvellous and best possible - just 5 minutes' walk from a silk museum. Was in a very very nice area and next to restaurants and bars.
Although everything was perfect, some of the staff were a bit rude.

Location: the hotel was near the beach, train station and the lake. A cool bonus was Lo Scalino, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The staff was VERY APPROACHABLE and the room was cozy and warm. Brilliant view, a charming balcony, cozy bed, too. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. The hotel was fairly clean and the nice beach set next to the property. The property restaurant was amazing. Sublime hotel, brilliant service.

we would definitely go back as the hotel met needs well. we booked a queen room with a sunny balcony, we loved it. excellent personnel. in addition, free wi-fi worked fine, and there was secure parking on site. it is near the beach.

Hotel was very clean, and it had nice rooms and views. As picky eaters we thoroughly enjoyed to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Pausa Caffe couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away...
